Is it safe to order from Sporeium?

Absolutely! We take privacy and data security seriously. Sporeium will take every precaution to keep your data safe and confidential. We also stand by the products we sell and the service we provide. As mushroom enthusiasts ourselves, we personally sample all products to ensure they meet our high standards. Our clients’ testimonials speak for themselves.

How do I make an order?

You must be 19 years or older to order. It’s as simple as filling your cart, submitting the order with your name, email and mailing address, then sending an e-Transfer to the email address we’ll send you in your order confirmation email. Please be advised that orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details will not be reimbursed.

How do I pay?

We accept Interac e-Transfers from Canadian banks only. While completing your order and in your order confirmation email, you’ll see  specific instructions to complete the payments.

Do I have to use my real name when ordering?

You need your real name in case your package doesn’t fit in your mailbox. In these cases, your package will be delivered to your local postal outlet, where you can only retrieve it with your real name.

Shipping

Where do you ship from and to?

We are a BC business that only ships to Canadian addresses. We will not process orders from other countries. Note: We do not ship to Nunavut at this time.

When will my order be shipped?

If payment is received before 12PM PST, we will ship same business day. If your order is received after 12PM PST it will ship the following business day. Orders received on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday will ship on Monday or the following business day.

I made a mistake in my mailing address, what should I do?

Time is of the essence, you must contact us within 2 hours of submitting your e-transfer so that we can intercept your order and update the mailing address.
If you created an account, which we recommend doing so you can track your orders, you can log in and edit your "Addresses” section. This will ensure your next order is sent to the correct address.

I didn't receive my order, what should I do?

If your mailing address was entered correctly and the package is marked as delivered by Canada Post, be sure to check your local post office to confirm if the package was delivered there. We understand that a package can go missing and we will be happy to resend your order, up to a maximum $200. We will honour one missing order per year, provided the mailing address was 100% accurate in the initial order. Sporeium is not liable to replace a package if you fail to provide the correct mailing address.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $20 across Canada. Free Xpresspost shipping for orders over $129.  

Reward Points

How do I collect points?

You must register for an account to collect and redeem points. If you haven't registered yet, you can do that here. You earn points for purchases on our site and through occasional promotional offers.  Earn 5 points for each 1 dollar that you spent on our products.

Tracking your points.

Your points can be viewed from your my account page (My Account > My Points).

Redeeming Points

For every 100 points you will earn $1 that you can redeem on a future order. Once you have collected enough points, you will be able to use them from the Cart and Checkout page. There will be a Coupon Code box and button to APPLY COUPON. Enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. This will convert your points into dollars and a new total for your order will be calculated.
